• 1,500 for dental assistants with more than five years of qualified experience
• 1,000 for dental assistants with two to five years of qualified experience

What You'll Do Provide skilled chairside assistance for restorative and comprehensive procedures Fabricate accurate, high-quality single- and multi-unit temporaries Anticipate the doctor's needs and maintain an efficient clinical flow Capture digital radiographs, 3D imaging, photographs, and intraoral scans Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to an impeccable standard Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care Provide clear home-care and postoperative instructions Maintain precise clinical documentation and patient records Uphold rigorous sterilization and infection-control protocols Assist with inventory management and other systems that support seamless patient care Who We're Looking For The strongest candidates will have: At least two years of hands-on dental assisting experience Strong restorative and temporary-fabrication skills Experience with digital dentistry, radiography, and dental software Exceptional attention to detail and organization A calm, polished, and patient-centered communication style The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality CDA or expanded-duties credentials preferred This position is best suited for an experienced professional who holds themselves to a high standard, values teamwork, and wants to contribute meaningfully to an exceptional private practice.
