Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services to a client in Virginia Beach, VA . This is a consistent part-time position with a structured weekly schedule. Schedule Monday & Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM Wednesday – Friday: 9:15 AM – 11:45 AM Consistent weekly hours. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Collect and record accurate session data Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Participate in supervision as required Qualifications Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children with autism preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and documentation skills Professional and dependable What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Supportive supervision Consistent weekly schedule Opportunity for additional cases/hours If you are passionate about helping children build meaningful skills and confidence, we would love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
