ERP & Ecommerce Systems Analyst

CMK Resources is hiring a Technical Solutions Analyst for a growing organization that relies heavily on technology, ecommerce, ERP systems, and business process automation to support its operations.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for supporting, improving, and integrating critical business systems across ERP, ecommerce, cloud infrastructure, reporting, and operational applications. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working directly with business users, and translating operational needs into scalable technology solutions.

You'll work across ERP platforms, ecommerce systems, Microsoft Azure, SQL databases, APIs, reporting tools, and custom business applications while partnering closely with teams across operations, finance, sales, customer service, purchasing, warehouse operations, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and enhance ERP functionality across order management, inventory, purchasing, finance, pricing, warehouse, and customer service operations
• Support integrations between ERP, ecommerce, cloud services, SQL databases, APIs, and third-party business applications
• Troubleshoot system, reporting, data, and integration issues across multiple platforms
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries, reports, views, scripts, and data extracts
• Partner with business teams to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain scripts, automations, scheduled jobs, imports, exports, and lightweight utilities
• Assist with Microsoft Azure administration, monitoring, security, and cloud-based integrations
• Support testing, deployment, validation, and post-deployment troubleshooting activities
• Create technical documentation, process documentation, and user training materials
• Promote data security best practices and system reliability across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, ERP support, application support, systems integration, or solutions engineering
• Strong SQL experience and comfort working with relational databases
• Experience supporting ERP systems in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, ecommerce, or similar business environments
• Experience troubleshooting integrations between ERP systems, APIs, databases, ecommerce platforms, cloud services, and third-party applications
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies
• Experience using technical troubleshooting tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git, Postman, browser developer tools, or similar
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21
• Experience supporting ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or similar
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based integrations
• Experience with APIs, EDI, middleware, scheduled jobs, and data integrations
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or Crystal Reports
• Familiarity with source control, change management, CI/CD concepts, or DevOps practices
• Experience using AI-assisted productivity or development tools
• Understanding of distribution, inventory management, purchasing, warehousing, and order fulfillment operations
