You’ll play a critical role during some of the most vulnerable hours of our patients’ recovery.****What You’ll Do******As a Night Shift Floor RN, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care while working with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to support patients through their recovery journey. Your responsibilities include:*** Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a psychiatric and behavioral health setting* Administering medications and closely monitoring patient responses overnight* Responding to crises with confidence, using de-escalation and intervention techniques* Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care* Accurately documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with all standards* Offering education and reassurance to patients, helping them stay on track toward long-term wellness### ****What We’re Looking For***** Current RN license (in good standing).* ADN considered with relevant experience.* Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided.* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.* Must be 21 years or older.* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance + 401k with Company Match* Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays* Tuition Reimbursement (up to $15,000) & Student Loan Forgiveness Programs* Career Growth & Professional Development Opportunities* Employee Assistance Program****Apply Today**** Be part of a mission-driven team that is changing lives every day.
