Entry Level Java Developer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the development of scalable web applications, the full-time Entry Level Java Developer will design and implement Spring Boot microservices, conduct testing, and participate in Agile Scrum teams while working with various technologies including Java, SQL, and cloud-native architectures. Key responsibilities Develop scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and front-end technologies Conduct testing and code reviews to ensure application reliability and code quality Participate in the full development lifecycle, including project planning, design, implementation, and optimization Required qualifications Experience in programming languages Java and JavaScript Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and object-oriented programming (OOP) Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding Familiarity with Spring, Maven, and front-end technologies like React.js
