About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Housing Stability to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing the company's housing strategy, with a focus on real estate development, asset management, and housing operations. This role involves providing strategic leadership, overseeing real estate development projects, and ensuring the financial and operational performance of the housing portfolio. The Senior Vice President will also be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, as well as representing the company with public agencies, funders, and community stakeholders. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Housing Stability position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in leadership roles related to housing finance, real estate management, or community development. Strong financial and operational acumen, particularly in real estate development finance, is essential. The role requires experience in leading complex, multi-site teams and initiatives, and the ability to drive the company's mission of transforming lives through housing stability, career readiness, and youth development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a proven leader, and a passionate advocate for the company's values and goals.
