Travel EP Lab Tech Role: Responsible for assisting in electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implantations, and other specialized procedures within the EP lab. Involves patient preparation, operating and troubleshooting lab equipment, monitoring responses, and supporting cardiac interventions. Key Duties Perform nursing assessments and document findings Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care Assist physicians during procedures and administer medications, including sedation Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient responses, responding to changes Maintain sterile technique, prepare equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues Provide post-procedure care and monitor for complications Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year recent EP Lab Tech experience Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCES/RCIS certifications Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to handle equipment and assist with procedures Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail Effective visual and communication skills Preferred Additional Qualifications Valid radiologic technologist license PALS or ENPC certifications Benefits Competitive pay, comprehensive health coverage, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) matching, referral bonuses, 24/7 support, and licensure/CEU reimbursement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
