We Are Looking For

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets across assigned intercompany accounts within FDH Electronics. This role owns the entire intercompany sales process, from building and managing relationships with internal branch and division teams to identifying demand, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and fulfilling orders. The Intercompany Account Manager works closely with internal teams to resolve administrative sales tasks, maintain accurate CRM records and ensure smooth order management. They monitor account profitability, proactively address changes in product costs and regularly update forecasts to align with division strategies. Collaborating with Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and operations teams across FDH Electronics locations, the Intercompany Account Manager ensures effective performance against key KPIs while maintaining strong internal relationships and delivering reliable supply solutions for intercompany demand.

What You’ll Do 

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Own the end-to-end sales process for assigned intercompany accounts. Drive revenue and sales growth through building strong working relationships with internal branch and division teams and identifying demand 
• Manage intercompany accounts by qualifying and understanding account needs, recommending FDH solutions, preparing and sharing quotes, negotiating and closing opportunities, troubleshooting and fulfilling orders 
• Achieve the annual intercompany sales quota for assigned accounts 
• Facilitate administrative sales tasks through review of quotation orders and working with sales support to resolve order acceptance issues and share information required by order entry and management teams 
• Assess account information to anticipate changes affecting sales revenues and budget plans. Update rolling forecast monthly and report on variances
• Communicate the outcome of pricing discussions and ensure agreements are documented, approved and distributed 
• Work closely with BDMs and product teams on assigned accounts to obtain competitive pricing, cost and other information required to develop the selling strategy and obtain approval for proposals 

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Hebrew Languages Required
• Experience in account management, inside sales or a related customer-facing sales role Required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/contracts to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information and collaborate across departments and levels of seniority
• Ability to review, interpret contractual requirements, and identify/mitigate contractual and compliance risks effectively 

Special Requirements:  

• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.  
• ITAR Requirement 
• 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
