Connected CommunityClub Vision:To be the leading private club for families and professionals in Northern California, delivering joy, connection, and excellence through our unparalleled facilities and signature experiences.Position SummaryThe Snack Bar Attendant will provide accurate, friendly and professional food and beverage services in multiple venues and prepares food and beverage orders in a professional and efficient manner.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Customer Service:Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.Take and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.Provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions.Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Food Preparation:Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards.Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area.Cash Handling:Operate cash registers and handle member & guest transactions accurately.Process payments, issue receipts, and return change as needed.Inventory Management:Monitor and restock inventory as needed.Perform routine checks on stock levels and report shortages.Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.Maintaining Cleanliness:Keep the snack bar area, dining tables, and service areas clean and organized.Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling and sanitation.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation.Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.Assist in other areas of the snack bar as needed.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices and ability to obtain a food handler’s card.Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
