Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Rockford, Illinois. This role involves providing care within a mid-large hospital setting, supporting an average of 230 deliveries per month. Candidates are required to bring their Illinois license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: IL license required; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required; minimum of 2 years' experience in a mid-large hospital setting.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday.
• Additional Information: Managed care involves 14 labor rooms, 3 triage/overnight observation rooms, 2 operating rooms, and 3 post-anesthesia care units (PACUs). There is also a 4-bed obstetric emergency department (OBED) off the unit.
