Provide excellent customer service. Lead by example in compliance with all company standards, including the Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform and Appearance policies. Help crew members acquire new knowledge, skills, and abilities to advance to higher levels of responsibility. Maximize sales. Act as a leader both within Biscuitville and the community. Create a friendly atmosphere for diners by visiting the dining room. Assist with operating costs and cash control. Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering. Make employees feel part of the Biscuitville family. Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc.). Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Previous restaurant management experience a plus. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check. Reliable transportation for daily duties such as errands and bank deposits; regular local travel required. Proficient computer skills, including email, document creation, printing, and saving. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, twist, turn, grasp, push, pull, and walk regularly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
