Rough Cut Operator $750 Sign-On Bonus

divh2Job Title/h2pThis position is responsible for operating the rough cut machinery, maintaining the machinery, keeping accurate documentation, and handling material./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities:/h3pOperate the machinery (Waterjet/Combi-Cut, saw) as well as monitor and verify it is operating correctly at all times/ppPerform quality checks as required/ppInterpret blueprint drawings and sketches to plan/ppResponsible for set-up and operation of cutting machinery/ppPerform all required documentation and organization for material received, moved, scrapped, and quality verified/ppResponsible for the visual inspection of equipment with complex parts, preventative maintenance, as well as area upkeep and cleanliness/ppOperate overhead crane and forklift/ppKeep work area clean and organized/ppCross-train on multiple types of equipment/ppPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management/ph3Qualifications Skills:/h3pCritical thinking and troubleshooting skills/ppMechanically inclined/ppAbility to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation/ppAbility to become certified in using an overhead crane/ppAbility to work safely and follow Standard Operating Procedures/ppBasic computer skills/ppBasic math skills/ppCritical thinking skills/ppExcellent organizational skills/ph3Minimum Requirements:/h3pEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred./ppExperience: Mechanically inclined is preferred/ppSystems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred/ph3Cambria Success Factors:/h3pHigh attention to detail/ppReliable and punctual/ppDirect communication/ppSense of urgency in completing work/ppCapable of multitasking/ppWork well both independently and with a team/ppSelf-motivated/ph3Physical Requirements:/h3pWork at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings/ppLift up to 60 lbs./ppPush/pull 100 lbs./ppStand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks/ppWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria/ppParticipate in daily stretch and flex exercises/ppWork in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions/ppWalk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift/ppBend over multiple times throughout shift/ph3Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:/h3pSteel toed boots/ppHearing protection/ppCut resistant gloves/ppSafety glasses/ppHigh visibility vest/ppHard hat/ppRespirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)/ppCambrias starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66. Salary/Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
