BSA/AML Compliance Analyst: I (Junior)

A financial services firm in Miami, Florida is seeking a new BSA/AML Compliance Analyst to minimize company risk exposure by ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. About the Opportunity Shift: Day Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST) Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Responsibilities Conducting quantitative analysis for risk assessment Identifying and remediating risks Supporting the company's reputation and minimizing compliance risk Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards Documenting and escalating unusual activities Qualifications 2+ years of experience Bachelor's degree Bilingual in Spanish, Portugese, and English Experience in transaction monitoring and alert review Knowledge of AML and Financial Crime regulations Experience in alert investigation and documentation Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills Desired Qualifications Advanced Degree or certification in Compliance Professional certification in AML or related fields Strong Regulatory knowledge Proficiency in Regulatory software tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
