Be the change you wish to see—right when your contributions are needed most.**What You’ll Do:**As a Nurse Practitioner at CleanSlate, you’ll play a vital clinical role in treating patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders through medication-assisted treatment (MAT). You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide medication-assisted treatment using buprenorphine, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi* Evaluate patients and determine individualized treatment plans* Monitor patient progress and adjust medications as needed* Collaborate with physicians and care teams on complex cases* Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR within 48 hours* Participate in clinical meetings, training, and quality improvement efforts* Support telemedicine and occasional regional coverage as needed**What We’re Looking For:*** Active NP license and DEA registration in state of employment* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program* Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills* Experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health preferred* Comfort with EMRs and a fast-paced clinical setting**Why CleanSlate?*** Monday–Friday schedule; No Weekends, No Night, No On-call* **Sign-On Bonus!*** Generous PTO, floating holiday, and paid company holidays* Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA/FSA* Company-paid life, disability, and malpractice insurance* Continuing Education Support: CME allowance + CME PTO for professional development* Mission-driven team with growth opportunities and support #J-18808-Ljbffr CleanSlate Centers, Inc.
