We are looking for passionate, motivated individuals who want to make an IMPACT every day to help us execute on our mission of reshaping the world of time-critical logistics.Job Summary Airspace is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our supply chain, inventory management, and distribution processes. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and understand the importance of time-sensitive healthcare logistics, this opportunity is for you.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems (SMS).Partner with Customer Service, and operation teams to ensure smooth operational flow.Track and investigate shipment delaysPrepare shipping documentation (packing lists, labels, documentation).Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve order accuracy and delivery times.Coordinate returns and pickupsRequirements2–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience—medical device or pharma preferred.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Experience with sterile product handling.Ability to lift up to 30–50 lb and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with SMS systemsPart-time, contract-based opportunity in Mount Laurel, NJ 08054Core Values:We are One Team.
