Role Description The Director of Rehabilitation is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Port Angeles, WA, responsible for overseeing all rehabilitation services, including program planning, staffing, and performance. This role manages a multidisciplinary team, provides clinical and administrative supervision, and ensures that services are delivered in accordance with regulatory standards, best practices, and organizational policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating patient care pathways, monitoring clinical outcomes, managing budgets, and optimizing workflows to support efficient and effective service delivery. The Director collaborates with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other stakeholders to develop treatment plans, address complex patient needs, and implement quality improvement initiatives. Additional duties include mentoring staff, supporting continuing education, evaluating and updating rehabilitation policies, and contributing to strategic planning to expand and enhance rehabilitation programs. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation, with the ability to guide and integrate services across Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Clinical background in Medicine or a related health profession, with knowledge of evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary care. Current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in a relevant discipline (e.g., PT, OT, SLP) in the state of Washington. Experience in management or leadership within a healthcare or rehabilitation setting, including staff supervision and program oversight. Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution, with the ability to lead diverse teams and interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare partners. Proficiency in healthcare documentation standards, basic data analysis, and use of electronic health records to monitor performance and outcomes. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced clinical environment. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a rehabilitation or healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
