Full-time night shift position with immediate openings Family-centered OB team focused on safe, dignified care ADN-prepared nurses welcome to apply BLS, NRP, ACLS, and fetal monitoring certifications may be completed after hire Make a real difference for families in a local community hospitalSCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
Full time, night shift 72 hours per pay period Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation Hospital OB department Floats to other hospital departments as neededCLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide individualized patient- and family-focused care throughout the patient's stay, anticipating changes in care needs Evaluate patient assessments and responses to interventions and take appropriate action according to established standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge and competence in required registered nurse competencies, including thorough knowledge of medications administered Assess labor progression and manage induction of labor and cervical ripening Perform fetal heart monitoring and neonatal assessments Recognize and manage neonatal sepsis Manage obstetric emergencies, including prolapsed cord, breech delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, precipitous delivery, uterine rupture, and placental abruptionCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
