If you enjoy relationship building, influencing, educating, and guiding strategic sales activities, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Join distributor sales reps in the field to present products.Act as an expert resource on design, sustainability, and product features/benefits.Host factory tours, product development meetings, training seminars, and strategic planning sessions.Support & Resources:You will be backed by a strong team of corporate subject matter experts in product design, sustainability, technical support, and sales service. Your mission is to leverage this team to become the ultimate go-to source for our distribution partners.Ideal Candidate Profile:Background in architectural & design (A&D) specification sales.Experience calling directly on the A&D community.Thorough understanding of the specification-to-sale process.Key Metrics for Success:Attaining specific sales growth targets set with distribution partners.Successful completion of engagement activities.Location & Travel:Based in the Metro Louisville, KY area.Requires up to 50% travel across North America.
