About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer (CPO) to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of an enterprise-wide people strategy. This executive will be instrumental in positioning the organization's workforce as a fundamental driver of its mission, culture, and long-term growth. The CPO will lead the transformation of the People function into a proactive, data-informed strategic partner, with a focus on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of human capital strategy, from workforce planning to compliance, and establishing the systems and practices necessary to support a unified enterprise. The successful candidate for the CPO role at the company will be a strategic, relationship-driven, and operationally grounded leader with a proven track record in building high-performing organizations. They must be adept at translating vision into execution, building trust across a diverse workforce, and partnering effectively with operational and clinical leaders. The role requires a deep understanding of the centrality of people strategy to organizational performance and mission impact, as well as exceptional business acumen, change leadership expertise, and cultural humility. The ideal CPO will be comfortable leveraging data and technology and have a profound appreciation for the communities, values, and workforce of the region.
