Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting, supporting patients from Level 1 Well Baby through Level 3 NICU acuity
• Maintain patient ratios of 1–3 patients per nurse depending on acuity level
• Float within scope to Well Baby and participate in deliveries as needed
• Float to Postpartum unit as required to meet facility needs
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Work weekends as part of the regular schedule

Required Qualifications

• Valid Kentucky RN license or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
• At least one completed travel assignment required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Active BLS certification (AHA only)
• Active NRP certification (AHA only)
• Active S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Mother-Baby experience strongly preferred
• Experience floating to Postpartum preferred
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
