WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enter insurance applications into appropriate software systems Create and send email communication to clients Order and track scheduling of medical requirements Order and track fulfillment of medical records orders Follow up with clients and advisors for outstanding items Finalize insurance policies in the database and forward documentation to insurance companies Provide back-up phone support to Receptionist Filing

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma required Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
