Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care for our critically ill newborn patients. The ideal candidate will work night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, delivering high-quality nursing services in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU.Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions and treatments.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.Educate and support families on neonatal care and patient conditions.Respond effectively to emergency situations, utilizing established protocols and skills.QualificationsMinimum of 12 months of recent experience in a Neonatal Level III unit.Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications are required.Must possess a valid and active Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN license.Client Details State OH
