Role Description The Loan Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Duncan, OK, responsible for supporting the end-to-end administration of consumer and other loan products. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing loan applications, verifying documentation, inputting and updating loan data in internal systems, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with credit union policies and applicable regulations. The role involves preparing and reviewing loan documents, monitoring loan status and payments, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues or discrepancies. The Loan Administrator will communicate directly with members to answer questions, provide loan information, and deliver timely, courteous service throughout the lending process. This position also assists with maintaining organized records, generating basic reports, and supporting continuous improvement in loan servicing workflows. Qualifications Experience with loan servicing and administration, including managing loan accounts and monitoring payment activity. Knowledge of loan documents and related documentation requirements, with attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of finance and lending principles, including interest, repayment terms, and risk considerations. Strong customer service skills and experience working directly with members or clients on loan-related inquiries. Familiarity with different types of loans and lending products offered by financial institutions. Proficiency with office software and loan processing systems; ability to learn new tools quickly. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone and in-person etiquette. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks accurately. High level of integrity and discretion when working with confidential financial and personal information. Prior experience in a credit union, bank, or similar financial environment is preferred.
