Litigation Secretary with 5+ years of experience providing administrative and legal support to attorneys in fast-paced litigation environments. Skilled in preparing and formatting legal documents, managing calendars and court deadlines, coordinating state and federal court filings, and organizing materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications, with strong attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities. Experienced in billing, reimbursements, travel coordination, and collaborating effectively with attorneys, clients, and legal support teams.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation secretarial or legal administrative experience
• State and Federal court filing experience, including e-filing
• Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and deadline management
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Expertise in document preparation, proofreading, and formatting
• Calendar management and attorney support
• Billing, invoicing, and client proforma processing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
