This role requires caring for patients in critical condition, including those affected by COVID-19. The ideal candidate will possess ICU experience, a positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and a strong desire for excellence. Self-motivation, effective communication, and the ability to work in a diverse environment are essential.
