## Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hydraulic Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dayton, OH, 45414. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a knack for hands-on work, we want to hear from you!
## Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on hydraulic systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic system failures and malfunctions.
Repair or replace defective components, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Provide support during equipment installations and upgrades.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hydraulic technology.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in hydraulics is a plus.
Proven experience as a Hydraulic Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
