What You'll Do As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing and managing customer relationships throughout your territory by selling: * Industrial Supplies * Welding Supplies & Equipment * Construction Supplies * Process Piping & Fittings * Structural Steel * Hydraulic Hoses & Fittings * You'll spend your time: * Developing new business and hunting for opportunities * Building long-term customer relationships * Managing and growing existing accounts * Closing deals (our inside sales team does the quotes, you close them) * Working closely with our inside sales and operations teams * Becoming the trusted supplier for contractors, manufacturers, fabricators, and industrial facilities What We're Looking For Required: * Proven sales experience in at least one of the following: * * Industrial Supplies * Welding Supplies * Construction Supplies * Material Sales (Pipe, Fittings, Structural Steel, etc.) * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated with a hunter mentality * Ability to manage territory and customer accounts independently * Competitive mindset and desire to outperform expectations Bonus Points: * Existing customer relationships within the Upstate, SC market * Experience calling on industrial plants, contractors, fabricators, or manufacturing facilities * Knowledge of MRO products, steel, piping systems, or welding processes What We Offer Compensation * Competitive base salary (based on experience) * Uncapped commission structure * Highest commission opportunity in the industry * No limits on what you can earn * Benefits * Company Truck * Company Phone * Company Computer * 401(k) * Paid Time Off * Ongoing Training & Development * Career Growth Opportunities Company Description SteelCore Industrial Supply isn't your typical supply company—and we're proud of that.
