Physical Therapist Assistant
CVHCare, a leader in Home Health Clinical services, headquartered in beautiful San Ramon CA, is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Care Agency located in San Ramon, CA. This is NOT a remote position
Schedule: 32 hr (24 RVEs p/week - BENEFITED!), Part Time-24 hr (18 RVEs p/week) and Per Diem (6 visits p/week) Different Locations grouped together available: * Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday
Locations: Area 11: covering cities of Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mt. View, Campbell, Los Altos, Saratoga, Los Gatos -AND/OR- Area 12: This territory includes, but is limited to, the city of San Jose, Morgan Hill.
Requirements:
- One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired
- Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required
- Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required
- Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
- Valid California Driver License
- CPR/BLS Certification
Desired:
- Advanced computer system knowledge
- Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus
