What You'll Do

• Educate and advise existing clients about potential gaps or lapses in their coverage and recommend solutions that protect them fully.
• Review policies with clients during renewals or life changes to ensure they're properly covered.
• Deliver excellent servicehandle policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and provide quick, friendly solutions.
• Be a brand ambassador in the Winter Park community, representing our agency in a positive, professional way.

Must-Haves

• Obtain/Maintain a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License.
• Comfortable using technologyCRM systems, quoting software, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bi-lingual Spanish
• Previous insurance agency or customer service experience.
• Local knowledge of Winter Park/Orlando and an interest in community networking.

What We Offer

• Competitive base pay plus bonuses for additional coverage sold to current clients.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
