Outbound Shipping Clerk - Early Bird Shift

Archdale, NC 27263

Employment Type: Contract to Perm

Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour

Schedule: MondayFriday, 4:15 AM 1:00 PM

Lunch: 45-minute unpaid lunch

Employment: Temp-to-Perm

We are currently looking for a dependable Outbound Clerk to join a distribution center team.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process outbound shipments
Prepare orders for shipment and verify accuracy
Enter and maintain shipping information in the warehouse system
Ensure products are properly staged and ready for shipment
Communicate with warehouse and shipping teams regarding orders
Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Maintain an organized and efficient work area

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be able to consistently report to work for the 4:15 AM start time
