Physical Rehabilitation Therapist
MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc
Physical Rehabilitation Therapist
If you're a Physical Therapist looking for a meaningful role where your clinical skills meet real human connection, this is your opportunity. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience to the table, you'll join a dedicated rehab team that values collaboration, compassion, and helping patients regain strength and independence with confidence.
In this position, you'll evaluate physical function, develop customized treatment plans, and guide patients through tailored interventions designed to restore mobility and improve quality of life. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary care team, adjust treatment strategies as patients progress, and provide education to empower individuals and their families long after they leave your care. It's a hands-on, high-impact role where your care, encouragement, and expertise make all the difference.
You'll be doing this important work in Alton, Iowa, a community that reflects northern resilience and deep-rooted history. Located near the river and shaped by its snowy winters, Alton blends small-town strength with a strong sense of identity. With close proximity to military installations and a setting just south of the Canadian border, this city brings together people from all walks of life. Whether you're exploring historic districts, enjoying peaceful views along the river, or embracing the change of seasons, Alton offers a grounded, community-centered lifestyle with room to grow.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and an active PT license in Iowa. Specialty certifications are a plus, but what matters most is your ability to communicate with empathy, collaborate with your team, and provide care that's as personal as it is professional.
If you're ready to grow your career in a city where community pride, seasonal beauty, and service-driven care come together, we'd love to hear from you. Let's help people move forwardtogether!
