Sr. Advanced Pract. Nurse/Clinician

Community Healthcare Network is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the underserved communities of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan and Queens. We are seeking a Sr. Advanced Practitioner Nurse/Clinician for our Mobile Units. This position is responsible for assuming leadership in clinical affairs at a particular CHN Center; supervises other clinicians at that Center and teams with the Center Director to manage medical operations at the Center. Essential Functions Reviews and interprets medical history data and continually updates this information as necessary. Works with Human Resources to periodically review the EHS policies & procedures. Oversees the complete and appropriate medical examination on all employees as outlined in the agency’s EHS. The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care and at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.
