Position Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and classroom support under the direction of licensed teachers and school staff.
• Assist students with academic assignments, classroom activities, and skill development.
• Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce lesson objectives.
• Assist with daily classroom routines and student supervision as needed.
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with educational staff.

Qualifications

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet Wisconsinparaprofessional requirements, including:

• Wisconsin Paraprofessional Certification through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI), or the ability to obtain certification prior to start.
• Must possess one of the following:
• Associate's Degree, OR
• Minimum of 48 college credit hours from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and support staff.
• Previous experience working with children or students is preferred but not required.
