SightMD is seeking a Medical or Surgical Retina Specialist to join our growing team on Long Island, with opportunities based in Riverhead, Amityville, Babylon, Brentwood, and East Setauket, NY .
As part of our continued growth and succession planning, we welcome both experienced surgeons and recent residency or fellowship graduates who are eager to build a rewarding, long-term career in a collaborative and supportive environment. This position offers the opportunity to step into an established practice with a strong, built-in patient base following the retirement of a long-standing physician.

- $350,000-475,000 base compensation with performance bonuses
