Warehouse CoordinatorWe are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations for an events and production company. This position combines warehouse coordination with administrative and front desk responsibilities.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage schedules, coordinate activities, and help keep warehouse operations organized and running efficiently.Scheduling & CoordinationCoordinate daily warehouse activities and schedulesSchedule incoming and outgoing deliveries, pickups, and shipmentsCommunicate with drivers, vendors, event teams, and warehouse personnelHelp coordinate the movement of event equipment and materialsTrack schedules and make adjustments as priorities changeCommunicate schedule changes or delays to the appropriate teamsWarehouse SupportAssist with organizing and tracking inventory and warehouse materialsHelp coordinate the preparation and movement of equipment for eventsMaintain accurate records and documentationAssist with receiving and shipping activities as neededHelp ensure materials are stored and organized properlyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentSupport warehouse leadership and team members with daily operational needsQualificationsPrevious warehouse, logistics, coordination, administrative, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working in both an office/front desk and warehouse environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks and changing prioritiesStrong attention to detailProficient with computers, email, and basic office softwareDependable and punctual with a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEvent, production, rental, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plusEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
