IAM Program Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a Google Cloud Platform IAM Engineer to support identity and access management within Google Cloud environments.

The role focuses on implementing and managing secure access controls, automating IAM processes, and supporting application onboarding in a regulated environment.

What You'll Do:

• Configure and manage Google Cloud Platform IAM roles, bindings, service accounts, and policies
• Automate IAM provisioning using Terraform
• Support secure application onboarding and access management
• Troubleshoot IAM and access-related issues
• Work with security, cloud, network, and platform teams
• Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks

Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform IAM, including roles, permissions, service accounts, and access policies, Experience with Terraform for infrastructure and IAM automation, Experience with Python scripting for automation or validation, Ability to work with Git-based workflows and standard change/release processes

Nice to Have: Kubernetes experience, Golang experience, AWS-to-Google Cloud Platform policy or workload migration experience, Experience working in regulated or controlled environments, Knowledge of IAM policy inheritance and least-privilege access
