Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Ponca City, OK

Duration: 05/18/2026 to 04/25/2027

As a Warehouse Associate you will manage daily inventory and facility operations. You will support the site's supply chain by ensuring materials are safely received, tracked, and staged in strict accordance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), procurement, and financial policies.
• Manage the receipt, issue, and return of stock and non-stock materials.
• Execute inventory transactions within SAP, including Goods Receipts, Returns, Goods Issues, and Staging.
• Kit, stage, and prepare materials and equipment for shipping.
• Handle hazardous material shipping and process repair and return materials.
• Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement measures within the warehouse.

Qualifications
Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or materials handling experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a U.S. Department of Homeland Security background check to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
• Ability to pass forklift training and safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Strong customer service focus with solid analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

• Prior experience using SAP for inventory management.
• Experience handling and shipping hazardous materials.
