Senior Program Performance Management Analyst

SAAB is seeking a Senior Program Performance Management Analyst to drive performance insights across complex defense manufacturing programs. In this role, you will design and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports spanning cost, schedule, quality, and risk. Partnering closely with engineering, operations, and finance, you will analyze variances, model scenarios, and recommend corrective actions that support mission-critical outcomes. You will prepare executive-ready briefings, support forecasting and planning, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to improve processes.
