Designing new courses to fill gaps and serve the business in Agile growth. Driving organizational Agile transformations and elevating Agile maturity through working with senior leadership and organization events.What You Will Do:Teaching the Agile Mindset, Agile Frameworks, and Leadership, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of training materials and practicesWorking with teams, framework role members, and/or leaders on an individual basis to help them be successful in an Agile organization, using tools and frameworks knowledge to promote best practices. Use professional coaching skills to help organization and leaders resolve issues, create strategy, set objectives aimed at creating value.Facilitating organizational workshops, strategic planning, scaled events.
