Job Description:
The purchasing specialist is responsible for purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment needed for daily company
operations. Works with vendors to obtain pricing, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of
products.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing and availability.
Track orders and coordinate deliveries.
Maintain accurate purchasing records.
Resolve order discrepancies and invoice issues.
Work with other departments to ensure purchasing needs are met.
