Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida medical center. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced APP who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient primary care, building meaningful patient relationships, and practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
• Conduct patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting quality and value-based care initiatives

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Current Florida NP or PA license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Primary care or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
