ARDMS Ultrasound Technologist

MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire, dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our client's acute-care medical facility located near Irving, Texas!

Ultrasound Technologist Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, ensuring high-quality images for accurate interpretation.
• Schedule: Monday → Thursday (8PM → 6:30AM) | Nights!
• Work closely with physicians to provide detailed sonographic images, contributing to effective patient diagnoses.
• The Ultrasound Sonogrophier will prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and positioning them for optimal imaging.
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Document all procedures and maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical systems.
• Uphold a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and hospital guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care during all ultrasound procedures.

Ultrasound Technologist Qualifications:

• Texas state licensure as an Ultrasound Technologist required.
• ARDMS certification (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in performing ultrasound procedures preferred.
