Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel Speech-Language Pathologist – SLP Location: Federal Way, WA Facility: Reliant – Avalon Care Center – Federal Way Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Days Scheduled Hours: 40 Hours/Week Compensation Weekly Pay: $2,240/week, including stipend Pay Rate: $56/hour Taxable Weekly: $690/week Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,550/week Taxable Rate: $17.25/hour Stipend Rate: $38.75/hour Overtime: $66/hour after 40 hours Pay Breakdown: $17.25 Taxable $38.75 Non-Taxable = $56/hour Requirements Profession: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialty: Rehabilitation Current and valid Washington SLP license required. Appropriate state credentials to practice as an SLP. Previous SLP experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care preferred. Experience with patient evaluations and individualised treatment planning. Experience with speech, language, cognitive/communication, and swallowing/dysphagia therapy preferred. Strong clinical assessment, treatment, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Previous travel experience preferred.
