- Perform and interpret a wide range of complex laboratory tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Analyze test results, validate data, and provide accurate reports to healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and reliable laboratory services.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.
- Current and active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting required.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
