Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Generalist to support our client's day-to-day human resources operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, assist with talent acquisition, coordinate onboarding, and support essential administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both exceptional customer service and sharp attention to detail to our HR team.

salary: $23.75 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and manage main reception operations.
• Help organize and execute workplace events and company gatherings.
• Arrange new-hire orientation meals and process associated billing.
• Receive incoming staff on Day 1 to guide them through orientation.
• Assemble and maintain accurate employee benefit records.
• Coordinate and conduct initial screening calls with applicants.
• Prepare monthly onboarding packages and documentation kits.
• Route staff inquiries to the appropriate internal HR contacts.
• Handle incoming calls and direct main office communications.
• Investigate industry practices and emerging HR standards.
• Input administrative records and aggregate information for team reporting.
