About Us:
The New Cumberland Resort is an upscale, resort STR community opening in downtown Nashville. We are hiring professional, reliable Security Officers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol resort grounds, common areas, and parking structures
- Greet guests at our gatehouse and verifying details
- Monitor entrances, guest floors, and amenities
- Respond to incidents and provide guest assistance
- Write clear incident and shift reports
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times
- Support a safe, secure environment for guests & staff
Requirements:
- Valid Tennessee Security License (or ability to obtain quickly)
- 2–3 years of security experience (law or military preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication & customer-service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation
