Use critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs, considering emotional, cultural, and spiritual factors. Qualifications: Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: RN license required. Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles. Skills & Attributes: Strong assessment and communication skills.
