Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor clients’ progress through detailed documentation and follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Actively collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, which may include psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address mental health and familial challenges.

• Perform initial assessments to accurately diagnose clients' conditions and develop individualized therapy goals that promote recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bliss Medical Health Care Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $100,000 and $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
