Production Support Associate

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Maintain equipment and facilities to meet safety and quality standards.
• Use cleaning systems such as CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-Out-of-Place), ensuring safe and correct use of chemicals.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as part of the cleaning process - gaining hands-on mechanical knowledge.
• Perform inspections and testing to confirm all areas meet requirements before production starts.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and comply with food safety and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with safety checks, pest control, and team training.
• Accurately document tasks and maintain compliance records.
• Adapt to different environments - cold, hot, wet, dry, and noisy - with the support of your team.

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar environment (1+ year preferred).
• Comfortable with physical work and hands-on tasks.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safety.
• Able to follow directions, ask questions, and work independently when needed.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills for forms and instructions.
• Familiar with safe handling of chemicals, or willing to learn.
• A strong team player who enjoys contributing to a bigger purpose.
