Maintenance Technician

Job Description Lillibridge, the property management and leasing subsidiary of Ventas, manages more than 22million square feet of outpatient medical space and research properties across 35 states, delivering and maintaining high‑quality environments for health systems, physicians and medical service groups nationwide. About the Role The Maintenance Technician will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and general property maintenance, ensuring reliable building operations and tenant satisfaction in accordance with department protocols. Key Responsibilities Complete maintenance and repair work orders using work‑order software Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues safely and efficiently Maintain inventory of tools, supplies and parts Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors and team members regarding building needs Ensure all work complies with safety standards, policies and procedures Support the Supervisor/Property Manager in monitoring building operations and vendor performance Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in maintenance‑related fields preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare, commercial real estate or hospital environments Certifications (e.g., HVAC, CFC handling, electrical, plumbing) preferred Must be located in the St.Louis, MO area and available for after‑hours emergencies and on‑call rotation Willing to work 5 days a week and be available for on‑call emergencies outside normal hours Capability to lift at least 50pounds, climb ladders/stairs and perform extensive walking Basic computer skills and comfort using maintenance or work‑order software Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future Benefits Competitive pay: $28–32 per hour (base hourly range) Performance‑based incentives 401(k) with company match 20 days of PTO to start + 11 paid holidays Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off and wellness benefits under applicable plan terms Stable, long‑term career growth with a trusted national leader Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Lillibridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
